Pakistan Cricket Team Tours South Africa – Complete Schedule
The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced that the national cricket team will tour South Africa in April. The tour will feature 3 ODIs and 4 T20 Internationals.
The three ODIs included in the tour are part of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League.
Arrival in South Africa
The national cricket team will leave for Johannesburg on March 26, where three ODIs will be played on April 2, 4 and 7. The first and third ODIs of the series will be played in Pretoria, while the second ODI will be played in Johannesburg.

After the ODI series, both teams will compete in the T20 format. Initially, the series consisted of three T20 Internationals, but at the request of Cricket South Africa, one T20 International match has been added to the series.
The first two T20 Internationals will be played in Johannesburg on April 10 and 12, while the next two will be played in Pretoria.

ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League
This is Pakistan’s second series in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League. Pakistan played its first Super League series in November 2020 against Zimbabwe, where Pakistan won 1-2. The national team is currently fifth in the points table of the World Cup Super League.
In contrast, this is South Africa’s first series in the Super League. In this 13-team league, each country has to play 8 series (4 home and 4 ODI series) in a period of 2 years.
Initially, Pakistan was scheduled to visit South Africa in October 2020, but it has been postponed to April 2021 due to the global outbreak of Covid 19.
Pakistan Tours Zimbabwe
2 Test + 3 T20i Matches
After the tour of South Africa, the national cricket team will leave for Zimbabwe, where a series of 2 Tests and 3 Twenty20 Internationals will begin on April 17.
