This year, due to Covid-19, a live opening ceremony will not be held. Instead, fans will be treated with a pre-recorded show that was shot in Istanbul and, as per the PCB, will have “digital effects”.
The opening ceremony is scheduled to begin at 6:45pm PST. It will be seen on Geo Super on your TV screens as well as GeoSuper.tv.
The opening match’s toss will take place at 7:30pm, with the first ball to be bowled at 8pm.
